Shipping Information

You can select the delivery date for your flowers on the check-out form. Your flowers are picked and shipped 2-3 days prior to the desired delivery date. The shipment takes 2 days to travel from Colombia to Miami to your home.
Our flowers nearly always arrive via UPS or FEDEX before 10:30 am. Please check the tracking number and your front door! If the flowers are a gift, please let the recipient know when to expect the flowers. It is very important that the flowers are not left outside for a long period of time. This is the single most important thing that you can do to ensure the long-term health of your roses.
We strive to deliver your order on time. Virtually all of our deliveries are successful, however, our shipping agreement with UPS or FEDEX requires a window of up to two days after the expected delivery date for mother nature and other unforeseen events. You can track your package through the provided UPS or FEDEX link.

Fresh Flowers Every Day is not responsible for delays due the recipient not being available to sign for the package. FEDEX or UPS will make another delivery attempt the same day or the next business day.
