Refund and Returns Policy

Our flower orders will often be sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer with the recipient. While our flowers are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left us, on occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may be damaged in transit. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@freshflowerseveryday.com to let us know.

If the flowers do not meet our own high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the poor quality or damaged flowers within 48 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 to 5 business days, banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount to your card. This is without prejudice to your statutory rights in respect of damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Non Delivery
While we take all appropriate steps to make sure our flowers are delivered, sometimes mistakes occur. If we fail to deliver your order we will either send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or we will refund you the full price of your order within 3 days. Please note that banks might take an additional 3-5 days to refund the amount on your card. Our liability is only if it was our mistake. We are not responsible if the customer provide us the wrong delivery information. Fresh Flowers Every Day is not responsible for delays due the recipient not being available to sign for the package. FEDEX or UPS will make another delivery attempt the same day or the next business day.

Returns
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on these products. If you wish to return any accessories, you can do so within 14 days of the date on which you place your order and we will refund to you the price you paid for the products along with the standard delivery cost for those products You will need to pay any costs associated with returning the products.

Changes and Cancellation

Changes and cancellations will be accepted until 5 days before your original desire delivery date. In any cases changes or cancellations will be accepted or refunded if we have confirmed your tracking number or if the flowers are in transit for delivery. We will charge a 10% of the total amount as a cancellation fee.

 

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All floral products are subject to availability. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your bouquet is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. If we are unable for any reason to make up a satisfactory replacement, we will make a full refund of the price of your order as above.

Flowers – In bouquets of mixed flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. – For our exclusively designed bouquets, such as our roses or Alstroemeris, Fresh Flowers Every Day will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Images on the website Fresh Flowers Every Day use images for display purposes only. Actual products may differ from product images displayed. For example, many of Alstroemerias bouquets come in bud-shape.

Promotion Codes and offers

At our discretion, from time to time, we may offer products at discounted prices. These offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer and they cannot be used for orders given before the offer introduction date or after the offer end date.

In the event that a customer has made an order and the price of the ordered product subsequently falls or is discounted owing to a special offer, the price of the product at the time of order shall prevail.

As our special offers are dependent on availability, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time, and without prior notice.

We also reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to offer different personalized special offers and promotions and it will therefore only be possible for the customer in receipt of the special offer to redeem the discount.

Unless explicitly otherwise stated, free or discounted introductory offers are only available to new users of the Fresh Flowers Every Day service, and are only available once to any one person. There is a minimum spend required to redeem introductory offer, which excludes delivery costs and subscriptions.

Discounts and credits cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

Unless otherwise stated, we only allow one promotion code to be used per order.

Liability

Save as hereinbefore provided, whilst we will do our utmost to ensure that the Fresh Flowers Every Day service is uninterrupted and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any interruption of the Fresh Flowers Every Day service and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Fresh Flowers Every Day service impossible or impractical.

Fresh Flowers Every Day will not be responsible for (i) losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, or (ii) any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure), or (iii) any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Fresh Flowers Every Day.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. In addition, nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.

The Site is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Site. You may not use the Site in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). The Site is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Site. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or guardian read and agree to these Terms of Use prior to you using the Site.
